Dance for gymnasts/Routine Choreography

My career began as a gymnast at the age of 2. I always loved being upside down making gymnastics the perfect fit for me as a kid. After 11 years I decided to switch to dance where I still use my gymnastic training today. I combine my dance and gymnastic expertise to comprise dance classes and choreography fit for helping gymnasts succeed in the current code of points more aimed at presentation.

mindfulness sessions

Being competitive not only requires taking care of your physical well-being but also your mental well-being. Using the tools brought to me by my membership in the Danscend Council and Mental Health First Aid Certification I provide group workshops for ages 10 and up on goal setting, perfectionism, how to handle challenges, working as a group, time management and more!

Time management and Life coaching

Have you ever felt like you want more dance or something else in your life and just can’t seem to fit it in with your other responsibilities? Do you have big dreams and are not sure how to reach them? I offer group sessions or one on one coaching filled with exercises and discussions to help participants consider choices and where there may be some extra time in their schedules. Sessions ideal for ages 13 through adult.

performer

With experience in musicals, contemporary companies, hip-hop dance teams and more I am ready to take the stage. There is little else in this world that I love more than dancing and performing whether in person, virtual or a recording.

Adjudicator

As an adjudicator I combine my years of technical experience and training with my knowledge of the importance of a positive mindset. I provide feedback that pinpoints a dancers strengths and where there is still room for improvement. Understanding that each dancer is unique and brings their own individual talents and strengths to the stage, while still sharing tips for growth, which includes specific items to focus on within training and drills to strengthen the dancer. Services provided through Impact Dance Adjudicators.

“The joy of dance is that it’s a never-ending journey and your passion for it will continue to grow. Embrace the evolution of your story.”
